Privacy Policy

Overview

This policy explains how CoreLayer Solutions LLC ("CoreLayer Solutions", "we", "us"), a Texas limited liability company, handles information on this website, corelayerapps.com (the "Site"), and in the applications we publish (the "Apps").

Information we collect

On this Site

The Site has no advertising cookies, no analytics, and no tracking pixels. There are no accounts and no forms asking for personal information.

The Site is served through Cloudflare, our hosting and network provider. To deliver pages securely and block abuse, Cloudflare processes ordinary technical request data such as your IP address, browser type, and the page you asked for. Cloudflare describes this in its own privacy documentation. We do not use any of it to identify individual visitors.

By email

If you write to support@corelayerapps.com, we receive your email address and whatever you put in the message. We use that only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not put you on any marketing list.

In our Apps

Every App's App Store page, including its privacy label, spells out exactly what that App collects, if anything, and why. Across all our Apps we hold to the same rules:

• Your data stays on your device wherever that is technically possible.
• We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
• We do not use ad networks and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
• We ask for system permissions like camera, location, or notifications only when a feature you are using needs them. You can revoke any permission in Settings at any time and the rest of the App keeps working.
• If a feature truly needs a server, syncing between your devices for example, we say so plainly before you turn it on, and it stays optional.

Purchases and subscriptions go through Apple and the App Store. We never see your card details.

How we use information

We use the limited information described above to run the Site, provide and improve the Apps, answer your messages, meet our legal obligations, and protect our services from fraud and abuse. That is the whole list. We do not use your information for advertising or profiling, and we make no automated decisions about you that carry legal effect.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. The only parties that touch it are service providers working for us under confidentiality obligations (currently Cloudflare for hosting and our email provider), Apple where App Store distribution requires it, and authorities where the law compels disclosure or where disclosure is needed to protect the rights or safety of our users, the public, or CoreLayer Solutions. Anyone with access to user data has to protect it at least as well as this policy promises.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Email threads stay while the conversation is relevant or while the law requires a record, then they are deleted. Data that our Apps store locally lives on your device, under your control, and disappears when you delete the App.

Security

We take reasonable measures fitting the small amount of data we handle. The Site is served over encrypted connections, and the Apps rely on Apple's platform security. That said, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, laws such as the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act, and the EU and UK GDPR may give you rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent you gave earlier. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing that already happened. We honour these rights for everyone, wherever you live.

Because we do not sell personal information and do not use it for targeted advertising, there is nothing to opt out of on that front, and browser signals like Global Privacy Control need no action from us. We mention them for completeness.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@corelayerapps.com. We will verify the request and answer within the time the applicable law allows. Exercising your rights will never affect how we treat you.

International visitors

We are based in the United States and process information there. Privacy laws in the United States may differ from the laws where you live. By using the Site or the Apps you understand your information is handled as this policy describes.

Children

The Site and Apps are not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

As our apps and legal obligations evolve, this policy may change. The date at the top always shows the current version, and we will announce material changes on this page before they take effect. If you keep using the Site or Apps after a change takes effect, that counts as acceptance of the updated policy to the extent the law permits.
